Reservations can only be made over the phone. You can call or text us at (313)282-9061 between 7:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m., 7 days a week. You can also inquire online and someone will contact you back. You must speak with someone in order to secure a rental.

A $25 deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit secures your rental. Credit or debit card only for the deposit. The balance is due at time of delivery in cash. We DO NOT accept Cash App. Cash only the day of the event. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the event date. Please have the exact amount ready when the drivers arrive, as they do not carry cash. No checks accepted. 

We offer all day rentals. We deliver between 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Your delivery time depends on where you fall in our route. Everything is delivered by 12:00 p.m. Pick ups start at 7:00 p.m. Your pick up time depends on where you fall in our route. We give you a smaller delivery window the day before your event.

There is no delivery fee for inflatables, tents, or trains within 15 miles of our facility. There is a delivery charge outside of our service area. Call for details.

Dimensions are listed for each unit. For inflatables add 6′ on each side (ie: a 15′ x 15′ castle would need a 21′ x 21′ space. Tents also need an additional 6′ (ie: 20′ x 20′ tent would need 26′ x 26′ space).

Yes! All inflatables are on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. The earlier you book, the greater your selection and the chance of you reserving your unit of choice. You can do last minute reservations, however, the selection might be limited.

A light rain will not stop the party. However, if it begins to rain hard please deflate the unit and wait for the rain to pass. Once the rain passes, re-inflate and wipe inside with a rag. Any downpour, lightning, or high winds are unsafe conditions for operation and the unit must be turned off. Once the moonwalk is delivered and set up, there are NO REFUNDS.

We watch weather conditions and reserve the right to cancel a booking if the conditions are not safe. We encourage our customers to watch the weather as well. If the wind goes above 20 MPH we cannot set up the unit. If for some reason the wind increases while in use, shut off the unit immediately and wait for it to pass. Once the wind has passed turn the unit back on and it should inflatable back to its original position. If the unit does not completely inflate you might have to get inside of it and push it up.

Yes! We deliver and set up all inflatables. We will deliver, but we DO NOT set up tables and chairs. Delivery of tables and chairs to the main floor only. We do not take equipment up or down stairs. 

All of our moonwalks require adult supervision at all times. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide competent adult supervision for the safety of the users.

Yes! While grass is preferred, we can set up on cement. We prefer grass because it’s softer for entry and exiting. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can bring sand bags.

Yes. All inflatables require a blower, which we provide. The blowers must stay on the entire time in order for the inflatables to work. The blowers pull 8 amps each. They have to be plugged into a dedicated outlet. We cannot plug units into power strips. We use 50′ extension cords. Anything further than 50′ will require a generator. We only put our equipment on our generators. Nothing else can be plugged into our generators. We only use our extension cords.

We deliver to certain parks. Please call to see if your park is on our list. Our proof of insurance is required to set up at any park. We charge $50 for the proof of insurance. If there is no power and a generator is needed we charge $75 for the generator. Please note, we only put our equipment on our generators. We would not use another generator.

Yes! We clean every unit between rentals. Depending on our schedule we might clean the unit on site. We use all commercial cleaning supplies. 

We provide a 25′ water hose with our water units. If you would like it further you must provide an additional hose. Keep in mind, our extension cords are 50′. 

Inflatables must be on a flat surface. Please be mindful of power cables. We can not set up a unit going through a power cable. Water units have to be on either a flat surface or a slight decline.

We do not leave inflatables overnight. We do, however, give the option of leaving tents overnight. Tables and chairs that are rented with inflatables must be picked up the same day. Tables and chairs rented with a tent can be picked up the next day if the tent it picked up the next day.

All of our units are commercial grade. There is a 1000 lb. maximum weight limit. There is a 250 lb. weight limit per jumper.
